Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory requirements:
- Permanent Punjab resident (CNIC with Punjab address/domicile proof).
- Valid LTV/PSV driving license.
- Age 18–55 years.
- Clean banking/CIB record (no defaults).
- No prior government vehicle scheme default.
Subsidy & Installment Plan
Govt covers 50% down payment + all interest. 5-year interest-free installments.
Higher support for women (30% quota reserved; pink/light purple vehicles for safety & identification).

- Upload documents: CNIC (front/back), valid driving license, recent photos, Punjab domicile/proof of residence.
- Submit — track status via portal/SMS. Shortlisting through digital ballot/verification.
